He was in Die Hard 4, among other things. Although the guy who does the "Windows" person on the Mac ads is on The Daily Show now.

I think if his material is written properly he could make a pretty good go of it.

Microsoft should just take a Crysis trailer and add at the end "Try doing this on a Mac."
Or just hire Gus:

Just to clear things up:
Justin Long has been in quite a few movies even before the Mac commercials, to include: Galaxy Quest, Dodgeball, Waiting, Accepted, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, and Strange Wilderness. He's a pretty funny guy. But I do think playing the part of a Mac is a good role for him, lol.

Seinfeld probably got paid that much per episode of his show. It was at least one million...

That doesn't prove a mac is better. Also did your friend tell the bestbuy employee exactly what he needed? Cause judging from your story, it sounds like he didn't. Also it is not the best buy employee's fault that your friend believed him. Its called selling, you as a consumer makes the final choice on whether to purchase a product or not. If your friend went a head with the purchase, that's his fault and no one else's. Also another thing I would like to point out is, anything a Mac can do, a PC can do. Your story(I'm sorry to say) is stupid because your comparing a everyday desktop to a work station. If your friend was actually smart or had asked you for advice, he would've done some research in to what he needed. It isn't that hard considering there is a world of resources out there to figure out what you need to get to do what you need. The program he uses/d, he could've called the company and asked what he needed to get it to run. Write down all that info and then handed it to the employee. Don't blame someone else for your friend's gullibility. As for people not knowing what they are talking about, I will not deny that there are some employees that are questionable when it comes to product in the store. But to make an assumption such as best buy employees don't know what they are talking is insulting my intelligence along other forum members on here and making you look like an ass. Also, just because a person works in an Apple store does not mean they know what they are talking about either. That is a assumption that is based on nothing. According to the former Mac genius that works in my store, there are many horror stores from the apple store about people selling the $1099.99 mac to handle graphic design. Also I call false since non of the computer in the store are equiped with Nvidia 6200 le. They are either integrated intel, Nvidia 6150, Nvidia 7150, Nvidia 8800gt, Nvidia 9300, Nvidia 9800, ATI HD 3200, or ATI HD 3450. Your story is fake since we never had a computer in the store close that configuration. Why I call fake? CAUSE I SELL COMPUTERS AT BEST BUY. I've been there since last july, before the tri-cores came out, and only our HP's and Gate Way's have come with the tri-core. The only computer with intergrated Nvidia cards would be the HP's. Those same intergrated Video cards would be either the 6150 or the 7150. Also we never had a configuration with a tri-core and 2 gb of ram.
