Looks cool in red, but the heat generated by the memory and vrm's, I would only trust cooper sinks..... need to see results asap!

haha, I made the news page.
__________________![]() My shop was tied up on a super hot job so these took a little longer than usual. Luckily it looks like the 4870's should stick around for at least a little bit. It's hard to see in the pics but the VRM sinks are a bit taller than standard height since these run a bit hot. Good case airflow is a must with this card.

those are sexy!
If they're good enough for the nvidia cards, they're enough for the ATI's as well. Memory doesn't need too much. It should be sufficient despite its small size.

look around the forums, many of us use iandh heatsinks and they do work very well.

very nice looking. I will be getting these today. Ian, did you initially use the stock heatsink on the 4870 with the MCW60? If so, do you have any comparisons between the two?
