I don't know what the difference is, but I have a couple 4670's in my rig right now, and they do pretty good for what they are.

I've got some 3dmark06 benches for crossfire performance with the 8.9 catalyst betas, and this is what I got. I'm downloading vantage right now and will report back with what I get compared to what vr-zone got.
