At what point did I call the X2 a single card? Is just after I specifically said that it's two cards? Why would I contradict myself? Oh, I didn't.

Thank you for your polite reply but you've just annoyed me. Cheers for that.

I said the 280GTX is the best single card. The 4870 is the best for the price and the best overall (you know that word, right? As in over and above all else?) is the X2.

I will not direct you anywhere. Please read carefully.

Thank you for your lovely and polite response! I am at the least delighted you refuse to back up any of your statements with evidence(you know that word, right? As in proof) and are unable to reply in a friendly and helpful manner!

Enjoy your stay on OCN!

I could have written a counter to that massive e-slap you just gave me (you must feel so proud), but instead I decided to take the higher ground.

one of those ATi's GPU (4870) has 85-90% of nvidias best card right now card (GTX280) that costs amlost twice as much and 2 of them are 140%-160% better than the GTX280 so think

pay the extra $150 for the GTX280 and get 15% better performance vs the 4870
or
pay $150 more for the 4870x2 and get 40%-60% performance (even more) vs the GTX280

Right.

The article states:

This is correct.

Incorrect.

That was my beef.

Then someone said that they didn't mind this article because it takes two ATI GPU's to best one Nvidia GPU. And someone else claimed that the X2 isn't two GPU's and I pointed out that they are wrong (over and over without anyone who is an obvious ATI fanboy being able to recognise it. It's not even like it's a bad thing. I was just correcting some of the facts) The X2 is two GPU's on one board. It requires Crossfire to function correctly and registers as two cards.

All I was doing was correcting facts and ATI freaks tend to get angry at this and shout "NO NO NO, FOR GOD SAKE LET ATI WIN THIS ROUND U GUYZ, COME ON NVIDIA WINNED THE LAST ONE NOW ITS OUT TURN WHIIIIIINGE"

Well damn. I'm just pointing out the facts and that Fudzilla is a bias website that publishes trash like clockwork.

Rubbish. Quad means four. Four Cores is Quad Core.
There you go. That's what I was getting at.

You guys can just rep me now for the future telling.

Next series, buy nVidia, series after that, buy ATI, then nVidia, then ATI.

You now have the best performance for the next four sets of cards.

but not best for price

look at this http://www.overclock.net/hardware-ne...skus-make.html

the GTX3xx is supposed to have 2Gb's of VDDR5 and a 512 bit and guess what the price will be! more than $800 easy

Ok, so what was the point of this article? It doesn't tell us anything new.

The only thing that's "new" is in the title, but the article doesn't even say anything about it! Yeah, so if there were no ATI cards, then there would be more demand for NVIDIA... WHAT?! DUH!!
