yeah, its intended for the SupremeFX II, so you dont need a PCI soundcard unless you're a hardcore audiophile. and i mean real hardcore.

As long as nVidia provides the "cookie" for the BIOS, then 2-way SLI will work (it's been a given with Asus so far, both on the P6T Deluxe and the RIIE). If you want 3-way, look for a board with the nF200 controller.
