This cpu will be better,it has an integrated memory controller and itīs been said that it can reach a 1ghz overclock, the triīs canīt overclock that much and the cheap quads arenīt so good, the 9850 starts at 170 bucks,if you donīt use a quad getting this cpu could be cool.
Iīm still waiting to see what happens,i just got my sb750 mobo,iīm gonna try to overclock as much as i can my phenom 9500,iīll stick with it until deneb and this cpu come out.

I think this will be a good transition CPU for us that are still running old platforms. I was thinking of going Core i7 with X58 motherboard for the SLI/Crossfire flexibility, but then I saw Deneb and I am wondering what it will do...

Either way, for people like me both requires significant upgrades which means significant $$$ + some waiting time to avoid the price gouging at launch. This seems like the best option for the time being to squeeze some more life out of my M2N-SLI Deluxe with nForce 570
