A Google Shopping search for this case (from sellers with ratings of 4+ stars) showed me who was selling it. The cheapest was from ValleySeek, who I haven't heard of before but they have a good rating, and they just got 4 in stock.

Cost? $146.84 plus shipping. Shipping to me (Dallas) was estimated at $18 and change.
