AMD -> Advanced Micro Devices
ADMD -> Abu Dhabi Micro Devices

With the financial backing of the ATIC aka Abu Dhabi there's no way AMD will go bankrupt... AMD now has "deeper pockets" than Intel and the ATIC's actions indicate it's entirely committed to bankrolling AMD for the foreseeable future(ultimately though ATIC will outright own AMD). Which is why Intel's probably soiling itself all over, Abu Dhabi makes Intel look poor.
lol, AMD used the infinite money cheat, just like M$.

If they really have committed themselves to financing AMD then Intel is screwed.. they may be a massive semiconductor company but nothing compares to a middle eastern oil producing country.. I'm sure they make 100 times more than Intel..

This is so interesting. GO AMD.

Hm.
I hope for Intel's sake the judge in this case is impartial. (Actually I hope he isn't)

Not only is The Foundry (in the form of the NY fabrication plant) going to be providing a lot of jobs for American workers, where as Intel's plants are all abroad of the US (as far as I know), Abu Dhabi has a lot of money and influence politically and financially. Intel are going to be in a rocky ride for this one.

I believe Intel has factories in Oregon if I'm not mistaken.
