Okay well considering I JUST SENT IN MY CARD for an exchange for a card that prices are knowingly decreasing for... can you blame me for being impatient and upset about it?

That like you going out and buying a super nice car for (example) $50,000. After the weekend they have a "happy Tuesday sale" and the same thing you bought is now $40,000.
How would you feel?


I know how inventory is and pricing trends, I work at a retail store myself and assist with price and credit coordination projects.

That's just wrong, and obviously so. E.g., when Microsoft/Sony cuts the price on the Xbox 360/PS3, you can buy it at the reduced price at Best Buy that very day, not when Best Buy sells out the consoles they bought at the higher price.

What was that you said about thinking before you type...? Because this is just common sense. If the customer knows that the price is supposed to be lower, they're not going to pay a retailer's higher price just to cover the retailer's loss. No, the manufacturer pays that price, not the consumer or the reseller.

EVGA Core 216 above. I've been stalking the bastards and they have been coming down. The offer in link is instant saving, no free shipping. The "off brand" 192's are dipping below 200 as well. EVGA and BFG cards on newegg and tiger have hovering around 269-279 for the past little bit. $250 is the cheapest Ive seen for a core 216 though. Still waiting...
