sli 216's compared to 4870's? yes and the 4870x2 not positive ive just heard.like i said
have u seen bench's? there beast.

I heard that a hd4870x2 is about 2x better than a gtx280.

i was just throwin it out there that sli 216's would be a better bet than 4870's
i really dont care, they are both good cards and would tear any game up

2 excellent products, I don't think anyone would be disappointed with either of these cards. My personal advice? If you're in the US go for the GTX 216 as there are some great deals over there for that card but in the UK the 4870 tends to be a good £20 cheaper so that's probably your best bet.

Either way the consumer wins. Hopefully these great driver optimisations from Nvidia spur ATI on to match them.
