there to expensive though 379 just for the unit then you gotta buy ram and a cf card to go with it. whats a 30gb ssd? like a hundered something?

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Might be nice for something like just an OS, or a game you really like, nothing more though.

Gigabyte sells a PCI-E card that supports DDR2 memory and it's pretty cheap.

Benchmarks weren't impressive. You'd think it'd be a ton more, maybe the sata interface is limiting.

Gigabyte had the idea first with the pci. But I don't think they make or possibly sell those anymore.

I thought Asus had a ram hard drive similar to this awhile back. I know someone did, thats for sure
