That was the first thing that I thought of when I saw the article. I may not be a huge fan of their products, but they are stepping up and taking responsibility for faulty equipment before anyone else gets hurt or worse.

I like how the cases look

I wonder what kind of wires being bent, etc would cause excessive heating... weird issue at hand.

I was thinking of buying one of these cause of the case but when i saw the configuration online saying: intel core 965?firstly ***, then 780i with 6? modules of 2gb ram.12gb u mean??? More luck trying to **** a doornob than setting that up THE PREDATOR BEWARE!!!

Acer is not very bad. Other than my sister's PSU failing, it is a very good computer for the price. My dad's laptop is holding up great.

The only thing that they lack is having windows on their HDD so you can reinstall it like other OEM computers, you can't restore it and start over like on an HP for example.
