Well, the way I see it, no enthusiast is going to buy an AsRock board for their main rig. Probably Asus, DFI, Gigabyte, etc...

It's not such a big deal compared to people who buy Intel EE procs but don't overclock them.

I disagree with your theory. The P45XE board may not be the best for overclocking, but it has excellent capabilities and for it's price, it's hardly a "budget" motherboard, its more of a "deal" on a motherboard.
