PHII's scale very well with temperature. You have to remember that these guys are overclocking with LN2 and Liquid Helium.

Not necessarily. Depends on your chip. If you can't boot and stay stable with 1.52-1.55Vcore (which is almost needed for 4GHz on air, and unless your chip is golden) then you are kinda hooped. This means your chip cannot tolerate the voltage.

But yes, WCing would help insanely with temperatures and lower temperatures=better overclock.

Its possible, but not guaranteed.

Its possible.
Right now my chip is at 24C so I wonder why I need to get it cooler . It loads at 36C under linpack so meh. Maybe if I slap on some Tornados in push-pull I could get it.
