I don't have much experience with Apple upgrades, but for windows it is really the entire OS and the upgrade part is just the restriction to install it with a Windows installation already. I wonder if the Apple upgrade is as comprehensive or if it is dumbed down installer that only upgrades certain parts that need changing in the OS.

I wonder how they are selling it this cheap. Stop people from going to 7? Didn't take much effort to make? Or maybe just plan to get you on the hardware. Still, $29 is a great price.
