They are. They don't spin fast enough to generate any pressure to speak of. They're better than the S series, but they're still not very good.

They really needed to put these on an actual heatsink and test temperatures as well. There can be quite a noticeable difference depending on the fan used.

None of those fans really seem like the ultimate choice to use on a heatsink or open air.

I can tell you how the Ultra 2000 compares with a Panaflo at 2000RPM, and while temperatures seem about in line, the Panaflo is worlds quieter about it.

Only S-Flex tested was the slower E, and no San Aces, Papsts, Deltas, Panaflos, Yates, or Sharkoons. Not even gonna bother reading the charts.
