Usually sites will get another motherboard so they can test both SLi and Xfire. Either that, or they should have got an x58.

What a failure of a review and very ATI biased. We don't get any GTX260-216, GTX275, GTX285, GTX295 or SLI results, but we do get a 4890, 4870X2 and various high performance crossfire configurations?

Should have used X58. And still not an excuse for leaving out the GTX295 and the GTX260, 275 and 285.

I don't think it was biased (as far as online reviews go), but I agree that it would have been nice to have seen some newer Nvidia cards. The GTX 280 holds up remarkably well, though.

Amen. Just got rid of my 8800GT SLI with a single GTX285. The lows are a smidge lower but the overall game play is much better IMO. 50 FPS with the GTX "feels" better than 60FPS in SLI.
