Blame is on apple since no one associates iPhone with AT&T they associate it with Apple.

Its AT&T not Apple. The iPhone should be on Big Red. Could you imagine the iPhone with LTE in the not to distant future.

I noticed this today, 3G didn't work at all even though it was showing 5 bars. I had to switch to EDGE and back to get it to work.

It's hard for people to admit that Apple can release shoddy hardware and software like everyone else at launch.

I noticed on 3.0 that everything feels really slugish and dull, even when you press the home button it dosnt all sing into the middle it just pops up with the Springboard, sucks really.

It's a firmware problem with the wireless chipset. I believe the firmware for the iPhon alwasys has a spot on problem connecting and switching from EDGE to 3G. In my opinion it's more of a both problem. Both AT&T and Apple share the blame. Apple for writing firmware that has errors and problems with connectiing, and AT&T for having a crappy 3G network.

I have a E71 and very very rarely lose 3G signal, even outside urban areas. Just out of curiosity, what phone do you have? I know several people with the Fuze who seem to get terrible signal, alot.
