What they need to do is package it with a quality heat pipe cooler (passive would be a huge plus). I would say it needs two expansion slots, one for a TV tuner card. That would just about make it perfect.

The mini-itx standard doesn't provide space for 2 expansion slots. Flex-ATX does/did, but it has, as far as I know, been phased out by mATX and mini-ITX. I don't know of any manufacturer building flex-atx boards for general consumers, least of all anyone making one for this market.

I want this. Would work well in an HTPC or in a Hackintosh/Windows Fileserver. Siad hackintosh because of the OpenCL support for Snow Leopard which = win for GPU Parallel processing for things like movies and file sharing.

Can't really see the point, gamers don't usually use itx and gamers would also want an expansion for a better gpu. Can't see it being cheap either.
