the board layout looks nice and clean.

I don't like the CMOS battery so much, but that's ok. Those usually don't nee replacing and this isn't an overclocking board, but the back pannel looks to be missing some of the nicer features you would find on a "media PC" designed board.

i personally see no issue with the battery placement even if it was for OCing

With some of the nicer Low Profile coolers like the Scythe Shuriken & Cooler Master Gemini II, you would cover that battery up.

I think it's nice. I like how it pretty much only has 3 different colors(black being a color in this situation). I also like how pretty much everything is black. Would look kickass with the black and red switched around though.....or maybe just all black.

Also, I don't know why companies make unappealing color schemes. I know it's just an opinion but there can't be many people preferring ASUS's brown PCB over black.

Whats so professional application about it?
While it looks nice, I don't like the electrolytic caps. I am sure MSi will charge a premium for this board?

The electrolytic caps look like Nippon Chemi Con

You don't have to worry about those.

Well it has a clean layout but I don't like the pcb colour. It also doesn't have all Aluminum Solid State Capacitators.
