I honestly don't see why not depending on the resolution and settings and how demanding the game is

I've played far cry 2, call of duty 4/w@w, fallout 3 etc on my htpc which is built on a 780g with 128mb of ddr3 sideport (oc'd to 700mhz 1333mhz) and an athlon x2 5400+ @3ghz using 1280x1024/1024x768 and low settings

yeah you get frame drops but its still impressive that it even runs enough to be playable

If i dropped a phenom II and 1066 instead of the 800 in there the frame rates would jump up nicely too

My HD3200 could run L4D and HL2 on medium settings no prob at 1024x768, and low at 1280x1024, so yes.

Lol, the netbook is putting a "revival" on the IGP . I read an article a while back before the craze, talking about how it would eventually go the way of the dodo. Not likely!

it'd be good to see this come to the atx/Matx boards for P55/X58. hopefully amd/intel can come to some kind of agreement... i'd probobaly use such a board in a platform transition, and it'd be great for businesses obviously.
