they must have the other chips already fabbed for the higher end cards if they are going to be releasing a replacement for the 9500. I think it's too soon after the gtx 2xx series' release to be replacing them with 40nm gtx 3xx

so gts1x0 is for oem gts150 is bit lower then gts 250 all oem are slower mhz from genuine product
