Think Dominant was trying to say:

Apple store - $400 - 400 to apple (Essentially since: stores running costs - same parent company)

Best buy - $400 - 100 to BB, 300 to Apple bought at wholesale price.

actually its more like we only make like 10 dollars off. Even on the apple employee discount page the most we get off on an ipod is 17 dollars. employee discount in store is cost plus 5%

EDIT: same thing with consoles. There is no markup what so ever on a console. We get a few pennies off of a console. Laptop the most you get is roughly 25 dollars give or take.

If there is a markup on anything its accessories and cables. Printer cable in BBY costs 40 dollars, we get it for a dollar and change.

The 25 dollar dynex hdmi cables, 3 dollars
