What's going to be the difference between an i7 on a 1156 board an an i7 on a 1366?

^i7 on a 1366 will:
1: have a triple channel memory controller 2: will not have a PCIe controller 3: will use QPI instead of DMI i7 on 1156 will: 1: have a dual channel memory controller 2: will have a 16 lane PCIe controller 3: will use bandwidth-limited DMI.

well there really isn't any performance difference between them, except in multi-GPU configs (1366 will absolutely rape 1156 then). I for one will be going 1156, most likely i5. Or alternative a Phenom II.. lol

Man intel is getting too confusing for me, i havent paid much attention lately and now its ridiculous like this!?!?!

So these i5s will be the good but not too expensives CPUs right? I knw i7 is better, but it's price is also better

the bottom end lynnfield (first i5) will be priced at $196. Four cores, 2.66GHz IIRC, no HT, dual channel memory controller, inbuilt PCIe controller.
