Yes they do. Their HyperX PC3-15000 kit uses Hyper Elpida chips.

I don't really see what the fuss is about. Its not like running DDR3 at 2000mhz and higher impacts day to day performance in any way. My kit will do 1850mhz. There is no discernable performance improvement between 1600mhz and 1850 mhz.

Why pay a premium?

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (8) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives

Perhaps for the less than 1% of us that benches competetively.

Fugger, Shamino and King_Pin are the only people really affected by this

Better OC dawg!

And mine turned out to be bunk, it can't pass Memtest86+ unless I put it at 1066 with ugly timings. Going to get a refund or something, and I really hope they sell this again in the future since it is a beautiful kit.

Lol actually I am affected!!!

1 of my 3 sticks died 2 weeks ago, the other one just died 5 minutes ago. I'm down to 1 2gb stick of RAM.

Lucky for me though, my 2000MHz 7-8-7-20 ram will be replaced by 2000MHz 7-7-7-20 ram next week as soon as Corsair releases it..score!

Call corsair and ask for a replacement, or a step up. I talked to their RMA department and within minutes they were going to give me an RMA. They even agreed on an advanced RMA when I insisted that I needed my computer for daily use (which I do).

Already 1 step ahead of ya. I ship mine on Monday, and I'll just borrow some DDR3 from my friend while it gets replaced.

K so I do own CMG6GXD3M3A2000C7 -2000MHz, 7-8-7-20
Got total 12gb am i happy customer?
The answer is no .
Got my instruction to how to send the kit and where. But im familer with the term "pre-paid" I mean shouldnt Corsair stand for the the shipment cost ? Even though its their fault with the failure. Am I right?
I dont feel like valuable customer to them, okej its not that much money to send only 256:- swedish kr but still.

Im not pro on overclocking still beginner.

I always thought when you have 2000Mhz ram just install on the motherboard and run on that speed , which I was totaly wrong.

I enabled XMP Profile and it sets to 1867 anyway later on I found guide on Evga´s forum so my problem was solved how to achieve 2000MHz.

Before I found that evga guide I personelly contacted them and i got 2 different responses regarding on (how to achieve 2000MHz)

I will copy and paste what they exactly wrote to me;

By the way i splitted my 12gb ram to 6 after they told me this (got 2 rigs with each 6gb gt ram)

Corsair
"We would suggest you to enable XMP and then use 1866 and up the CPU QPI frequenty to reach 2000Mhz on the RAM. You may need to play with QPI voltage a little (1.3~max 1.65v) as you are running 6 sticks. Please also note that there will be a lot more stresses on the memory controller on the motherboard when all memory slots are filled; to compensate for these stresses, memory controller will need to run these modules at a slower speed. It is possible that you will never reach 2000Mhz with all six slots filled. "

Example they gave me
Overclocking headroom is much small if all slots are filled. The limitation is on the memory controller reside in the CPU. The best analogy would be car performance, the more passengers you have the slower the car goes. In this case, the memory controller will have to manage all six slots at once; therefore, most of the systems would need to slow down the RAM speed to compensate the stress or extra work load on the memory controller. Since this isn't a limitation on the memory, we can't tell you if the future system would handle this type of stress better.

I ask to you guys this question my wish was to run these babies on 2133(total12gb) not possible i guess

My stupid newbie question

" In the EVGA bios you won't actually see the memory running at
2000Mhz but as long as you enable XMP it is running at that speed. Bios can
only detect speeds of 1066Mhz, 1333Mhz,1600Mhz, 1866Mhz and 2133Mhz. Because
of this you wont see it set to 2000Mhz but at 1866Mhz but is actually set to
2000Mhz. I hope this helped understand a little more on the situation.
"

Any who wish share thoughts feel free to say your opinion.

duberpowa, try to flash to newest bios for your motherboard. Try upping voltage a little more and possibly you can get them all at that speed.
