Brisbane is on a different architecture than Kuma though

Uhh I doubt that, I'm under the impression that these are higher binned chips and are probably capable of OCing a little farther. Same deal with 955 vs 940.

well thats good news. im going to hold off on buying the 955 now. i was about to jump it and upgrade from my 920 but this is better worth the wait.

Thats nice that it has a 3.4Ghz stock speed, thats the first for a quad right?

Anyway, AMD needs to increase their cache and threads as well for their CPU's, but at least their Phenom II line range is doing well.

Think it will be worth the upgrade from my 9850 to the 965? I'm thinking so if the price is decent.
