and my favorite part is.....
If you don't agree with my fourth bullet point above then I'd guess you'd probably argue that AMD should lock DX11 functionality to its own hardware, yes? Something we haven't done! You talk about your purported "leadership in GPU computing" but today that's simply an empty claim. Ask yourself these questions: Whose is the world's fastest available gaming GPU? Which is the first and only company selling DirectX 11 GPUs? Which company sells the GPU with the highest compute power?

Nvidia isn't stupid. There is so much more money to be made in high end GPU computing and they are practically making the market for themselves.
__________________While they have arguably made some "interesting" decisions, at least from a gamers' standpoint - if their GPU computing initiative takes off, they'll be making a ton of money. AMD/ATI can't really design a GPU to make the CPU obsolete... that would be a pretty dumb move for their company. Nvidia on the otherhand... I would agree with him though that Nvidia's focus is not really in gaming anymore.

Huddy should have mentioned how Bullet is running on CUDA, but PhysX isn't running on OpenCL. -.-

The fact that NVidia even entered into this fight is stupid they really have nothing to back their claims of being focused on gamers while ATi does having their next gen cards out already and NVidia's next gen cards no where in sight. NVidia should have just remained silent.
