Lets recap a bit. We said that Fermi, then called GT300, taped out on about Work Week 28 (WW28), and it did. We said that silicon was due back in 6-8 weeks, and cards could possibly be shown publicly on Oct 1. We admit that we overestimated Nvidia's ability to engineer its way out of a wet paper bag with a map, flashlight and a bunch of wood screws here.

Charlie may be right, he may be wrong (probably the latter.)
But the biggest thing that pisses me off, and I guarantee you many others, is his slanderous writing. He can't write anything about nVidia in a non-biased way. He's the graphic market's biggest troll and his articles are, 9/10 times, pure garbage & lies that he made up himself.

I understand your point but it isn't up to you to decide to copy the entire article. If you don't want people heading to the website, put down that it's Charlie writing the stuff and that should turn a fair few people off

On topic: Grrr...I want Fermi sooner. I'm waiting to buy a new gpu until I see the mainstream Fermi cards.

and so the rumor that the cards would be out by Black Friday turns out to be FUD as well, though that was obvious.

if i were AMD i'd fix the supply issues of the 58** cards and jack up the price a bit...
