LOL yeah they make it sound really complicated. But it's really not as bad as it sounds.

Basically, you sync your phone, run a couple of tools to prepare for the ROM flash, then run the ROM installer.

I was pretty solid on the Droid until I saw this article. I've been doing research on upcoming HTC phones and now I'm on the fence about what to get! I just read a statement earlier that said verizon was releasing 15 new phones over the holiday season so I believe waiting is the best option.

FYI, you can flash some Windows phones to Android with customer XDA-developers ROMs.

Also, there is a Google Voice dialer available in the Microsoft Marketplace for Windows phones.

I know it looks sweet but even with the HTC sense Im not sure how I would like the windows thing. Im soooo hooked on my android phone Im not sure if I could give it up even for and amazing 4.3" screen and beautiful phone. At least HTC did a great job with the UI.

I actually hate a keyboard. i like the onscreen keyboard which is why I went with an HTC magic over the dream (that and more memory).
