Waiiit. If you are going to spend that much on a processor. Go for i5 man. Much more worth it.

Yeah. It's basically, i5 + board, Q9550 + board or Phenom 955/965 + board for cheap high-end computing power. (Phenom IIs just got cut down to sub-$200 prices at NCIX)
