Don't know, all i know is that i had a 4870 Toxic with Vapor X cooling and i could not clock it much higher.. The cooling was very quiet wich is very good but OC potential was crap. A friend of mine had the same card and the same issue.
Maybe the Toxic 4890 series is better, 4870 sucks imo.

And sapphire Toxic will not own anything XFX comes out with. I haven't seen a 4890 Toxic that owns my 4890 BE yet.

I Got my toxic 4890 @ 1035 Fully Stably and my Freind Got it @ 1050 Stable ! and i made a suicide run and made it @ 1.1Ghz ( See my Sig for Proof ) , and all this i didn't raise the voltage yet .

and The Temps are Awesome Cause Of The Excellent Cooling the Toxic Has .

My XFX clocks higher, nvt that is a nice clock u have. TBH i dont know about the toxic 4890 series but the toxic 4870 sucks if u ask me and is a total waste of money.

I guess I need to explain myself. If you dont like a product for any reason, it doesn't work for you in that way then shutup about it.

It's pretty lame to ask why there are wars when telling people to shut up at the same time.

If the product, for any reason, doesn't work for you then that is absolutely no reason to "shut up" about.

Also some explanation..

It is as good to know why a product DOES work for as it is why a product does NOT work for you.

It is the combination of these cons and pros based on user experiences that make forums informative strong.

For one of a zillion examples; there is product X. If only people who are satisfied with product X. will talk about it u only know the pros, maybe someone will buy it and he will not like it because all those people who did not liked it where shutting up while when they didnt they might have said something with is in range of why the one that bought it did not like it.

That has nothing to with being a fanboy or whatever.

Now lets stop poluting the thread with offtopic dissagreement..
