Default [DSLReports] Comcast Slammed For Non-Existent Throttling Changes
With yesterdays thread about throttling I happen to come across this today.

So then may I ask for an apology? Or should I give one? I mean, this proves what I was saying to be true: hardly anyone would notice. And since it was implimented last January, it proves that it's true: nobody noticed.
