Default [Scythe] Scythe new GPU cooler : 雪源 Setsugen

A new GPU cooler from Scythe has been announced in Japan : the Setsugen (SCVSG-1000 JAN:4571225045498 ).
It will be availabe in stores next week for around 4 000 yens.

- Weight : 375g (with fan)
- Four 6mm heatpipes
- Fan : 120×120×12mm, 800(±150rpm) ~ 2000rpm(±10%), 19.53 ~ 33.67dB, 45.47CFM
