So here are some of the specs for the upcoming Llano Processor. Looks like it will be a beast for those who need no more than integrated graphics.

Wow... If a GPU like that came standard on all computers, that would be a huge win for PC gamers everywhere...

It will be a huge win for everyone as applications begin to utilize GPUs on a massive and general scale. Something not being able to be done until it's integrated into either the motherboard or the CPU. The actual gaming performance on these chips will be weak unless memory bandwidth increases tremendously, or GDDR slots are placed on the motherboard.

so how does this work with memory... graphics need a lot of bandwidth... DDR3 quad channel would be in order to satisfy the CPU and GPU at the same time.

But that is still a wet dream regardless of it's memory bandwidth. 2011 will be a fun year

I wonder if AMD will consider a move to triple channel memory in the future, or at least better IMC's, so to achieve parity with Intels massive I5/I7 memory bandwidth. This should be great for the HTPC market as well, any motherboard with video out can now have much better performance, and without having to worry about what integrated video it has.
