![]() ![]() I've always wanted to know, these extreme boards always come with water block NB, does it cool just as good as their solid heatsink counterparts?

Yeah, gee, which is it. X58, or P55??????
Didn't know "P55" supports triple-channel DDR3.

wow. If that's a solid oc'er i wouldn't mind one of these bad boys!
sad thing is despite the aussie dollar being so strong against the green back (400USD = 434AUD) it'll still cost us around 700-800 for this new board. I'd love to have it sent over from the states because even with shopping it would still be cheaper. warranty would be an issue though. Nothing really to contribute except having a whine really.

Why are they forcing people to WC the nb? What if you don't wanna use a watercooling setup? What if you think it's useless (which it is) to wc your nb?
Cool...I'll wait for ASUS |

Gigabyte has the worst layouts on x58 boards...
__________________The GA-P55A-UD7 version actually looks like they put some thought into it when designing it. Even though it has a block on it, it can run passively too. I'm 99% sure of this.
