Hi, this is Sam from Crucial just popping in to thank you for using Crucial Ballistix memory in your systems
http://www.overclock.net/intel-memor...ml#post2772002 As a show of thanks for your support, Crucial is giving one lucky Overclock.net forum member a custom 2GB Ballistix kit I'll send the winner a 2GB kit of Crucial Ballistix DDR or DDR2 at whatever speed fits their system. Everyone is eligible, even outside the US. Here is the contest. You have until November 22nd, Thanksgiving Day in the US, to respond to this thread with your best turkey recipe... with a catch: Your recipe has to somehow include the use of a computer. Whether for research purposes or actual preparation, a computer has to be involved somewhere in the process. The most creative--and realistic--recipe wins! Photos or other multimedia are encouraged. A panel of Crucial Memory Experts will announce the winner the week after Thanksgiving. I look forward to seeing your ideas! And thanks again for choosing Crucial Ballistix memory ![]() - Sam |

Amazing things going on in here! I support this thread. If only it were for a 4GB (2x2GB kit) I would be all over it.
(So I could go 1T in case you're thinking I'm crazy)

Yo, thanks for the praise.
I say this would make for quite a tasty turkey ![]() 1. Get on a computer, go to a gun store website and order a 12 gauge (bor) shotgun. 2. When gun arrives, drive to nearest turkey farm and say the following to the farmer: "I will trade you my ultra fast P3, 256mb ram, 7300LE rig, for 2 of your turkeys". Farmer says yes so you go and shoot two turkeys and take em home. 3. Pluck and gut both turkeys then rip tubes out of watercooling system and wash turkeys with what leaks out. 4. Put stock intel HS/F onto your 4Ghz Quad Core and take HS/F off everything else in case. 5. Stuff turkey into case and run prime95 for 20 hours. 6. Empty out burnt turkey and computer and stuff the second turkey with the ashes and burnt bits. 7. Put this turkey into a pre heated oven and roast for 12 hours until golden brown. Baste with Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound then leave to stand and cool. 8. EAT!
