Pros:
Cheap, keeps CPU realy cool, light weight,
Cons:
Big, not so fancy looking
I've got this cooler on my new build for my "AMD Phenom IIX2 550 Black Edition 3.10 GHz" to keep it realy cool so i can do a decent OC--I have unlocked the two extra cores fron thr first boot, so during the rewiew the cpu ran as a quad at 3.2GHz.
The cooler is very solid despite of it's thin fins and very light it has only 626g and does not put a lot of strain on the board. Compared to the Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 it has "direct heatpipe touch", but does not have led's on the vent. Thanx to the "direct heatpipe touch"(DHT) technology and it's coper heatpipes keeps my CPU in 22-23 so it's at room temp(but my case has a 12' exhaust fan near hims ) in full load the cpu heads to 30 but i have't reach more than 27 in 8 hours of high CPU stress(Prime95). The disadvantage is that the end of the 4 heatpipes enter in betwen the blades of the side 80mm vent of my thermatake soprano case so if you have a small case be very carefull that it will not fit but as a plus is that is designet in a way that on my MSI 790gx-g65 the ram fits perfectly.
Advantages:
1.Low noise before 1500RPM(3000RPM max)- it rearly reaches 1500 in my sistem
2.Very good eficienci(keeps my cpu in 22-27 degrease)
3.Very good mounting design --you will not have extra parts after mounting
4.Easy fan mount
5.Light 626G
6.Very cheap around 37$
Disadvantages:
1.Not so easy to mount
2.Base not flat- can have trapped heat if you do not put paste to eaven the surface
3.To big for regular cases
4.Lots of noise in full throttel
5.Can not change vent (most don't feet) and stock vent doesn't have LED's
6.Can not mount with vent on
Inspite of it's disadvantages it's worth every penny keeping the CPU at a very low temp
