Pros: Great Pricing, Good Timings
Cons: Not For high end Systems

I had this product for a year before i took it out of my system and replaced it, there was nothing wrong with it, it just wasnt fast enough. That was the only problem with the RAM, but for the average - mid end user, this RAM is Perfect. It has an amazing price, and works well for many systems. It is a bang for the buck deal. Highly Recommended.

Pros: Fast enough
Cons: None yet

I orginally bought 512mb of this for my rig when I first built it. Later I love it so much I bought another 1.5gb of it. As for overclocking, this ram can handle a bit of it. I have gone to 2.64ghz from 2.2ghz, a increase of 40mhz, on one stick, and with four sticks I can get to about 2.5ghz without a divider. For some value ram, hitting 240mhz on a 200mhz stick is pretty nice, and speaks a lot for the quality of all Corsair products, even the "cheapo" line. As much as I do love this ram, I might upgrade soon to overclock my 3500+ more. When I bought this, I got it for $140 for 4 sticks of 512mb. Now the price for four sticks is around $200. I love how the RAM prices jump around so much.

Pros: Super Cheap and Super Stable
Cons: Will only OC about 12%

This is still the best value in "cheap" DDR RAM out there. I bought this stuff when it first came out almost 5 years ago and it is still cranking away.

Will tolerate some overvolting and will usually handle a mild OC of about 10-12% beyond SPD. Runs great at 2 2 2 5. I have 4 Gigs of this stuff!

In fact this RAM is so good it kept me from blowing cash on fast RAM for many years....

Pros: Cheap Works
Cons: Not the Best overclocker

I have the KINGSTON version of this RAM. However it uses the same chips. It overclocks about 20mhz with no heatspreader. Not impressive but it is DDR and its Value. Its timings are (for me 3-3-3-8 with no tweaking).

I think its a decent value for older systems

Pros: Very cheap!! Good quality
Cons: Doesnt overclock too well, but enough for me

I have no beef against this RAM. Works well with what I already have and I have seen a HUGE difference. $100 for 2GB? Sure!!

Pros: Great bang per buck value for those aging DDR rigs.
Cons: Probably better to go 2x1GB these days, doesn't overclock too high.

These used to be my number one choice in DDR RAM. Still is to be honest. These babies have a great bang per buck value in my eyes. I've gotten them to reach as high as 212.5MHz stable. Not too shabby for Value RAM at all really. You've always got to remember with DDR rigs...you've ALWAYS got a divider! I've reached my maximum overclocks with 2x512 of these exact sticks. My new RAM that I replaced these with holds me back so much! I miss these sticks now, but I prefer to have the more memory than the higher speeds right now. I'll buy these again if I ever need them!
