Pros: Superior performance, overclocks like crazy, not too hot
Cons: None.

I bought this card from eBay, which was new and unopened and had been bought from a Fry's store, so mine would be the 768-P2-N831-FR. It gave me the first-place core overclock for the 8800GTX class here on OC.net, sitting high at 688/2200.

Runs today's games with incredible performance. GRAW, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., F.E.A.R., and HL2 all run smooth with everything maxed out, at 1680x1050 resolution. This card is crazy for DX9, but as for DX10, I have yet to see how it stands up in Crysis, although I have heard that Crysis can not be run maxed out with any video cards available today, so be ready to sell this to buy the 9800 GPU when it is released if you want to play Crysis maxed.

Overall, it performs like a champ in DX9, but I can't say anything about DX10.

Pros: Very fast, good overclocker, good drivers.
Cons: Large

What can I say... one of the best video cards money can buy at the moment. It runs everything I can throw at it and then some. I didn't try using the stock cooler, but I've heard it's not too bad. I have the HR-03 Plus on mine and it runs VERY cool (~ 42C Idle/ 50C Load).

It overclocks well, I got mine to 635/2030, but backed down to 625/2000 just to be safe. (Stock is 575/1800).

The drivers that are available run this card exceptionally well, and I'm even using Vista HP 32-bit. Haven't had any crashes, artifacting, or stuttering... clean as a whistle. It's a little spendy, but worth it for those that are willing to spend the money.

Pros: Amazingly powerful
Cons: Expensive, DX10 performance unknown

This card is fast, fast, fast. It is also big, big, big =P
Stretches across my P182 case and overlaps on my middle hard drive bay - but a thermal pad will keep it off your other hardware.
I put a Koolance Vid-282 full waterblock on this beast and it idles at 49*C, loads at 55*C. I've managed stable OCs of 660/2100 and coupled with a Q6600 @ 3.85Ghz, this card scores 14,500 in 3dmark06.

Rips through all modern DX9 games with the only exception being S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - in maxed settings at 1680x1050 the framerate will drop down to mid-50s during certain scenes. Of course now I'm just being critical; looking at a wall the fps will jump to almost 200. Averages around 65-70 in STALKER and maxes out BF 2142, FEAR easily.

Pros: Packs a punch, many input converters included, good warrenty, great Vista drivers
Cons: High Temps, Expensive as hell, Large

Excellent video card.

You can't go wrong with this. It's got the horsepower to tackle any game out there right now. I got 2 in SLI! It does great in DX9 games, and most DX10 games fabulous. You can't beat it!

It's crazy expensive though, and gets hot enough to put a scorch mark on you. That can be fixed with a little water cooling or a better heatsink. That just adds onto the price though sadly enough.

Good warrenty on it also. One of mine came dead from TigerDirect. In less then a week it came back from EVGA brand spanking new' and pumping. Also, EVGA has it's step up program too.

HUGE card though with thee default heat sink. I couldn't fit 2 in my case at first until I removed the WC kit attached to the case's roof and pushed it up. It covers a PCI slot too.

Pros: One of the most powerful on the market!
Cons: Runs Hot - HUGE - Expensive

This card was and still is amazing! I have since sold it however it would run anything I threw at it without a problem. I bought this card almost right after it came up and was honestly the first card that I have ever owner that stood the test of time and was really a performance card for the 1.5 years I owned it.

Pros: Very powerful card
Cons: Runs fairly hot compared to other cards, takes two slots

This is my second nvidia card ive had, it just reassures me that they mean quality. It can play most any game at high or very high settings. Statistically, it is one of the best cards on the market, although this is about to change soon. Technically I dont own this card, i am borrowing it long term until i can scrounge up enough dough for my own card. I am definitely not looking forward to giving this beast up. If you have the money, id go for one of these vs one of the 9 series cards.

In the grand scheme of things, my complaints are very very minor. hell they arent even complaints, just things that go with the territory.
