Pros: Great price, onboard video, efficient, good overclocker
Cons: Maximum memory of 2gb

One of the best sub $75 Micro-ATX motherboards. Small, efficient, powerful. Has onboard GeForce6100 that performs much better than expected. Plays all my games I own and I am an avid gamer. Also works very well in Linux which I use 24/7 (no windows).

Overclocks decently, or at least my BIOS does (v1.0). Maximum FSB of 300Mhz but a BIOS update may change that. Runs very well at 300x9.5. Cannot change the multi but that is fine for now. No vcore options once again in original BIOS but that may change with an update.

Overall. For the average gamer, overclocker, and someone who is on a budget, this board is perfect.
