Pros: Looks, Overclockability, Price.
Cons: Nothing. So far.

Traded my 2X1gb kit of G.skill HZ's for these plus a CPU cooler.

So far my maximum overclock on these are 5-5-5-15, 2.35v, 1200MHZ !

These overclock very good, and stay a bit cooler than my HZ's did. The heatspreaders look awesome and these are surprisingly cheap.

You can get them off Newegg for 110 with a 47.00 mail in rebate at this time and the final price is like 65 dollars. Thats a steal at that price, you get the high end performance for the mid end cost.

I run these now at around 835Mhz @ 2.0Vdimm, runs fast on low voltages

Dont hesitate to buy these, ive heard some horror storys about ballistix just dieing out of no where, but there backed with a unlimited warranty so all you got to do is RMA them if needed.

Great product.

Pros: Uses Micron D9's, Very Overclockable, Very Stable, Reliable
Cons: None

This product is amazing. Runs at tight timings, very overclockable. The yellow heatspreaders also just look plain sweet.
I recommend this ram to overclockers. Especially with Intel Core 2 Duo cpus.
It's blazing fast, and has a really good value.

Pros: price and ability
Cons: ~

i have used about 5 kits of this, i have simply refused to use any other kits since my first 680i/E6600 build using these modules.
i run mine at 4-4-4-12-1t holding steady and stable just under 950mhz

Pros: Very nice looking and fast.
Cons: None.

I run mine at 533MHz (Memory controller cant handle more) I bought 2 sets, so I have 4x1GB. This RAM is epic.

Pros: Overclocking, looks, value
Cons: heat at recommended voltage [will happen to all DDR2 sticks though]

Brilliant sticks, overclock very well and can be had fairly cheaply.

Just make sure that if you are running them at >2v to have active cooling - they can die fast otherwise

Use the +Rep button when appropriate, it's there for a reason!
