Description:

The new Volcano 9 cooler from Thermaltake brings both functionality and state of mind to the table, utilizing the new 80mm Smart Fan II. The feature packed Smart Fan II from Thermaltake comes with more settings then any other fan on the market, and suits a huge range of users. Users can manually adjust the fan speed, or choose to have the included thermal probe manage the speed of the fan based upon CPU heat. At its lowest setting, the fan generates a stunningly low 17dba (This is practically silent, for those of you who aren't keen on decibel levels). At maximum, the fan generates a huge 75 cfm of airflow, making this heatsink suitable for not only quiet users, but also overclockers. The heatsink on the unit is constructed of aluminum fins, and a copper base for ultimate heat conductivity. The fan connects to a 3 pin motherboard header.

Cons:

Doesn\'t Cool for overclocking
I didn\'t really like this heatsink for overclocking that well because i was getting temps of 50ºC idle to 60º Load on High. I think its because of the copper insert.
