I rate this a 9/10 because instantly it's that bit better than it's predecessor.
Firstly, EA introduced us to the new Global Conquest mode. Which is fantastic. I've often found myself lost in a single session of that for hours.
Secondly, there's many more units for each faction and 9 new sub factions to choose from opening up the multiplayer substantially, whilst reviving a couple of old units.
Fantastic add-on to C&C3.
