Grado HF2 - Impressions/Pics
First post is just pictures, haven't had near enough time to really comment on the sound.
       ~~~ Impressions to come. So far, I do like it a lot. It is definitely the best Grado I have owned in terms of overall balance, maybe the best balanced of any headphone I've had (HD600 is difficult competition in this regard).

smexy, strange they still use the grado bowls on a high end set IMHO. I find the SR-80s to be incredibly uncomfortable.

They sound best with bowls interestingly enough. It would seem that aluminum cups + flat pads just doesn't work too well, because in my opinion the PS1 also performs best with bowls. Far more balanced with better treble and a little farther set back for headstage.
