Default Connect satelite AND xbox360 to surround aux in?

Hey, I have a panasonic home theatre system, and its all set up really sick, like, speakers mounted all around the room, on the wall, ect.

Plasma built into the wall...the whole nine yards.
Heres my dillema:

The panasonic has an auxilary IN for audio, so I have my Bell satellite TV connected to it, so i can enjoy my satellite TV in surround sound.

but now, i ALSO want to be able to connect my Xbox 360 to the surround sound....at the same time. Or a way of pushing a button to switch it works too.

what do I need?

And IF POSSIBLE, I still want to use the HDMI on the xbox 360, but use the component for the audio, if at all possible. I know ive seen people do something to be able to use both. Help me finish this last step on setting up my home theatre room.
