I just searched through the few other DAC topics in here, and didn't see quite what I'm looking for. I would like to upgrade from my E-MU 0202 DAC, but I would like to also have a Microphone input. All the ones I've been looking at don't seem to have any Mic inputs.

Also I'll be using Windows 7, so it needs to work with that if thats an issue. Anything good in the $200-300 range that has a mic? I don't need a headphone amp built in, as I already have one.
