need HELP with ATI TV Tuner
this is for a friend
__________________i have an ATI TV Tuner 650 PCI the mobo is MSI P6N SLI Platinum im running vista home premium 32 bit. i got all the latest drivers and updates for all the components and windows. my issue is that Media Center just will not recognize my TV Tuner. i tried windows xp home edition and Media center edition, neither worked either. PLEASE can someone help me, im getting desperate. Thanks in advance

Im a little clueless about TV Tuners also, but I did some googling and found out that
__________________1.) Theres quite a few people with this problem, and ATI is supposedly to blame. 2.) If you're positive your windows is up to date, you could maybe try a hotfix for it that fixed some people's problems with vista and this card. Hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929011/
