I have an MSI PM8M-V P4M800 with the AWARD - Pheonix BIOS. I've taken a quick look and found some timing options. But one thing struck me odd, I couldn't find any option to lock the PCI/AGP. Well, I did, but it was like this: "Lock FSB/AGP/PCI." If I lock the FSB, then I can't OC, right? And another Q, what are the AGP/PCI speeds supposed to be?

Correct, you cannot overclock if you lock the fsb. The pci and agp frequencies are other bus frequencies on your mobo. The pci is usually set to 33.3 mhz, and the agp is 2x the pci. Overclocking the pci too much may result in corrupt ide hard drive data. I wouldn't let it go over 40 mhz, but there is usually a point where the pci returns to 33.3 mhz, but the fsb is still higher. Agp is a type of graphics card bus, like pci express. Setting it too high may damage the graphics card. Google cpucool. When you enter your pll and stuff, it will tell you all of the different frequencie settings for your chipset. (including the points in the fsb overclock where the pci once again drops to 33.3 mhz). I'm not saying use the program to oc, but use it as a reference to overclock without setting the pci rediculously high.

Well does anybody have any experience with this mobo regarding OC'ing? Because 2.4Ghz is becoming too slow for me.

FSB/AGP/PCI lock opions are:
133/66/33 137/67/34 140/68/35 so on so forth. Is there like a hacked BIOS with lock options for the AGP/PCI seperately?
