Default Some help please

Ok, heres my situation. I ordered a 805 Pentium D processor with the intentions of overclocking it. Unfortunatly I wasn't thinking at the time and purchased a Intel board (975x)...I am unable to do what I intended. I'm looking for a cheap and easy solution to this issue. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

The board is an Intel board. By that I mean it isn't made by Asus or Gigabyte. The chipset is the Intel 975x. As for the rest of the machine; Pentium D 805, Zalman CNPS9500, Corsair XMS2 DDR2 675 2x1GB, Radeon x1900xt, Antec Smartpower 2.0 500w. Here is a list of what I have incase I didn't give enough information.

You may be able to return the board if it is unopened, and instead buy a mid range abit or asus board that will be a decent overclocker.

I'm using it right now and the box has already been disposed of so I don't think I can return it...
