okay ive never seen this before ive started to overclock my cpu and all the sudden i get this award bootblock bios 1.0 and then it trys to recover the bios image by reading something on the disk.. and of course it fails and it keeps rebooting trying to do it again ... what is this how can i prevent this .. thanks..

Bootblock is another term for Boot Sector on a hard disk.
Maybe when you were overclocking, it went unstable. Try resetting CMOS, yet?

i dont think thats it because it doesnt post it just gots to the bootblock screen ..

upon further review it apears that my bios is corrupting and its looking for me to flash it..

actually the problem just kinda went away on its own after a while.. so sorry i cant offer any help
